After more than ten years of private culinary experience and many successful events, Simply From Scratch sets the standard for caterers in the Lancaster area. We pride ourselves in creating new and innovative menus which offer our prospective customers a delicious answer for all their catering needs.

Our History

Simply from Scratch has more than 10 years of culinary experience.  Our owner, Karen Bresch has successfully catered weddings, special events and private parties in Lancaster County and the surrounding Central PA areas.  Simply From Scratch sets the standard for quality very high.  We strive to provide wonderful tasting innovative food at a reasonable price and we will do all that we can in order to make your event the best it can be.

Weddings

We specialize in crafting a menu that reflects your personal style and the atmosphere of the venue you have chosen for your reception. It’s your SPECIAL DAY and we want to make your dreams come true!! We have many types of options available, from the traditional, to an elaborate formal menu, to a not so traditional BBQ or maybe even a Mexican fiesta! Packages

Full service packages available starting at $79 per person. We are fully staffed with professional servers to ensure you and your guests will have quality service on your special day. We also have an in-house baker available to craft a special wedding cake, cupcakes and or special desserts for you.

Schedule a Tasting

Schedule a visit to our kitchen to taste our custom tailored selections for your reception or party. We would love to meet with you and help you plan your special day. Call or contact to schedule! Weekend and evening appointments available.
